I was kind of disappointed with the selection. It felt limited, with a lot of the same types of fireworks and not much that really stood out. I expected more variety. It also gave me the impression they might be more focused on pushing the higher-profit stuff than actually offering a good range of options

My order went through fine, but using the site on my phone was a bit annoying. It felt kinda clunky and checkout took longer than I thought it would. Got there in the end though, so not a huge deal.

"Super fast and helpful support"
I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and support got back to me way quicker than I expected. They explained everything clearly and were really nice about it, even though I was asking basic stuff. it’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually responds and keeps things easy.

"Not really worth the hype"
I ordered a few things from pyromaniafire.com they were just okay. A couple of the items worked fine, but a few didn’t really do what I was expecting. The burn time seemed short, and the effects looked way stronger in the pictures than they actually were. Delivery was fine, but nothing special, and for the price, I expected a bit more. Some of it felt kind of unnecessary to buy, honestly. I probably wouldn’t make this my first pick next time.

I ordered this because the price seemed reasonable, once it arrived, I felt like I got good value for what I paid. It wasn’t some unbelievable bargain, but for my order, the quality and cost lined up well. I’d be comfortable buying again if the price stays around the same.

I’m still waiting for my delivery the lack of real updates has been really frustrating. I didn’t expect something this simple to turn into extra stress, but not knowing what’s going on or when it’ll arrive is getting really annoying.

Maybe it’s just me, but I really didn’t feel good about how this was packed. The order showed up in a crushed box with hardly any padding, and a few things were just loose inside. It didn’t feel very safe to handle, even if part of it was on the delivery side. For this kind of stuff, I’d expect much better packing. I probably won’t order again.
